Has anyone purchased any of the California Scents car air fresheners before as i rate them the best ever. Have them thoroughout my flat as well as car and that Lemon smell every time i enter her reminds me of summer. Cheers, Tony.:D

Not been crushed yet. Going to buy her back as salvage if insurance company pays out. Still waiting. Cheers, Tony.

We have been using them for several years………they have been nice but tend to stitck to ones without bubblegum in the title or ones where there is a fruit or flower we don't recognise.

Use them all the time seem to last longest as well I go for cherry flavour

Sound like the Mrs uses them as well :p

All joking aside they are pretty good. Jelly belly also smell really nice, especially the green one. Don't last long enough though.

The smell of leather welcomes me and I'm reluctant to mask it with other smells. If there is such a thing as a leather fragrance air freshener we're on a winner.

Blossom in the spring
Honeysuckle in the late spring
Freshly mown grass in the summer
The smell of fresh fruits as you drive through the Vale of Evesham
Pine woods
That 'cold' smell as you enter a dip an a warm summers night
Roses as you go through a Cotswold village
Wood smoke - especially apple or cherry on a crisp sunny winters morning

Who needs air fresheners when you drive a convertible?

I hate all of the artificial scents. I have some small atomisers which I fill with a mix of essential oils and alcohol. Cheap and nice.

Hi all,
I wish someone made a Castrol R fragrance :)

Ahh Yes. Castrol R reminds me of my racing days!!! Cheers, T.

Saw a film a long time ago where the following classic line was uttered:

"I lurrrve the smell of pine trees. They smell just like.....toilet cleaner!"

Only freshener I can tolerate is the original Neutradol

another film ' i love the smell of napalm in the morning' probably not recommended for air freshener........

Or,

as in my particular case today, passing a 650 acre farm with a field being sprayed with the pungent organic fragrance of......................
