Best official Merc servicing location

Morning all!

My SLS is coming back from a trip abroad and Mercedes are going to check it over and fix any issues, including paintwork. As Mercedes must do the work (I'm not paying) independents are out.

I'm based in central London so Stratford is the obvious choice, but reviews for them seem variable.

Anywhere else in the south/middle of England I should consider?

Have heard good reviews about brooklands.

I use mercedes hearhrow. Could have a word with them for you. As not too sure if they work on the sls.

Just to update this thread.

Even though I rang Stratford last Saturday asking if they could deal with the car, they waited until the day before the car was due with them ( Thursday ) to ring me to say they couldn't service it. Even better they said they could still check over the car even though they couldn't put it on the ramps. Not trained to do so. So how could they check the car if they weren't trained on them?

Lastly it seems the Mercedes on line booking system doesn't know who can service what either. It'll let you book the car in with them....

Car is now at Loughton. I'll report back soon....I hope!
