Best price for rear shocks? Clk 320 w209

I have recently lowered a clk 45mm for a friend the car has done 126k when lowering we found a snapped rear spring which was a bonus fixing a problem at the same time and modding. The car seems really bouncy and has developed a noise at the rear I presume it wants new shocks with the mileage ect when getting new shocks should I order the shorted ones? There are some on eBay

I would recommend Bilstein b4 or b6 from Eurocarparts.

45 is a bit excessive though for standard shocks so maybe look at shortend ones.

You're having a laugh, right? And why didnt you get the sport shocks whilst at it? A near 2" drop on a high miler will screw just about everything up suspension wise (and the drive at the rear). You got deep pockets?

Thanks for the help ill look into gettin the shorter shocks ASAP then
