Best product to restore vinyl dash

I need to smarten up a dark anthracite grey PVC leather grained dashboard which has a few scuffs and is generally looking a bit tired.
Totally bewildered by all the options so wondered if anyone can recommend a good product.
I want it to end up with a nice matte finish.

I’ve not used it for the specific purpose you mention, and it is unlikely to help with scuffs if you can feel them through your finger tip or nail, however Gyeon Preserve is an excellent product for restoring and maintaining trim.
