Hi all,
I'm after a digital repair manual, hopefully the official dealer one if one is available. I want it to be comprehensive enough down to instructions on taking and fitting bumpers and body panels etc.
Has anyone got any experience with them, I see quite a few online, any recommendations?
It's for the peace of mind, when I do occasional DIY, I want to do it by the book of course with correct torque specs and procedures.
Thanks!

There are plenty online, and on eBay. The ones on eBay used to be pretty much all on CD, and some of the sellers stated that they do not contravene copyright; make up your own mind about that...

I know finding owners' handbooks online in the US is no problem, because the manufacturers are legally obliged to make them available there, but I don't think that applies to MB's WIS/EPC (Workshop Information System/Electronic Parts Catalogue) data.

I actually have one on my computer, but I'm not of the computer generation, and I find it so clunky and user-unfriendly that I've not been near it for ages.

A Haynes manual might be your best bet for basic information, and you could always ask on here for anything you can't find in there; we're a pretty helpful group by and large, and there are some real experts in the system who can usually point you in the right direction, or often, are kind enough to post up the relevant page(s) from the WIS.
