    I'm with the OP. Complaints about poor/shoddy service should be raised in the same way praise is given for good service.

    I see that you asked to be added to the "group list" on 25 October and paid on the 31st. Hardly what I would call "months ago" when it's not even 2 months yet.

    Why you'd want to spend over $200 plus shipping costs from the USA for bits that stick (!) to your flappy paddles is beyond me, and is something that would have sounded warning bells for me. But it was your choice and your money so fair enough. But group buys like this tend to be slower than dealing directly with suppliers, so for once I'd agree with our cousins across the pond and suggest a bit more patience.

    I can now see why their extensions were "*ucking you about":eek:
