I posed a question to ASK A MECHANIC (on the other side ) I never got an answer. Although they had deducted £11 fee. The problem is, I can find no way of contacting them, other than depositing another £11.To ask another question. So folks BEWARE.

I logged on to a similar web-site but they took two payments from me for different amounts. As I had paid via my credit card, I phoned the card company to complain and they removed one of the payments. I agree with you, BEWARE.
