Bi-xenon headlights

anyone know why my headlights on a 4years old s/class are flickering?? i'm guessing a new control module perhaps?

Are both headlights flickering ?

If only one side try swopping the bulbs over first ( key out of the ignition and lights switched off ) if not the bulb then could be water ingress into the xenon control unit
