Get the vehicle scanned by STAR and clear all the stored codes. Drive it for a short while and re-scan.
A reputable indie will explain it all to you but a quick look seems you have an issue with the front SAM communications? Possibly loom issues to the front of the vehicle

Only looks like some stored faults and broken bulbs to me.

If you have had a new engine and DPF what does the garage that fitted it have to say? Is there an Indy in your area - area not listed in your profile so cannot help on that.

As an example of "Current" Fault:

"License Plate lamp has an open circuit"

Hardly needs much explanation for further investigation.

Fof the "Stored" ask the garage that did the work why they are still there.

Clear all stored fault codes, replace number plate bulb, you will only be left with headlights under a SAM fault, you don't happen to have LED side light bulbs do you?
