Big Thank you to the men and women who defended Eltham

I live in Eltham so this story really makes me proud to live there and be part of south east London, Strage really as i am from Manchester and only moved to Eltham around 2 years ago (my wife grew up in Eltham from birth) the first thing that always struck me about Eltham was the pride the people who lived there had in Eltham, it always seemed like there was a huge sense of community and last night the people of Eltham and south east london stood shoulder to shoulder and refused to let these sum bags burn our shops or loot our houses. if ever there was an example of community spirit and respect for thy neighbour this is surly it.
