Read all the posts on here and realised Ian is about 4 miles from my house! Had my E55 AMG in for a B service and air con sorting. Could not meet a nicer more helpful guy than Ian, after dealing with so many BMW/Merc main agents it was an eye opener. Like so many others I highly recommend him.
