Bilstein B16 coil overs with H&R 10mm spacers

Sorry if this may have been covered before but couldn't find the answer. As above I've got hold of sone b16s for my 2013 C63. I have the 19" multi spokes, do you guys know if I'll get away with 10mm H&R spacers front and rear, I'm running stock tyre sizes with conti tyres. Any help would be appreciated, pics would be nice too of cars on coil overs with 19" multi spokes, cheers in advance.

I've heard of a few people removing the rear Spring platform adjusters as the Billy's don't lower the vehicle excessively, any experiences of this would be useful also.

I'm about to order the B14 kit for mine. They told me if that if you have OEM wheels, offsets and tyres then they are a direct replacement with no issues.

I'm going to wait until their fitted then measure for spacers to bring the wheels out a bit before an alignment.

The B14 has fixed damping and the B16 is adjustable.
