Birds-Eye Maple Wheel

ES2 code for Birds-eye is 9D57. Don't see it there?

Expensive for a 203 wheel but never seen Birds-eye before..

as far as i know MB don't do a W203 wheel with birds eye maple.

How about maybe looking at the SLK? maybe get one from that seeing as its an SLK wheel you have just now in your car with the sports pack.

Not seen an SLK either, certainly not with this sculpted form.

Could cost me as much again just for the airbag :(

a wood/leather wheel is £450+ so its quite expensive exworks.

Ive got a w203 walnut/leather wheel in my loft but wouldnt match your car.

Ive actually also got a W211 walnut/leather wheel too :)

I've seen a black maple wheel on a W209 facelifted CLK. These are based on the same electrics etc as your facelifted W203 car so perhaps the CLK wheel would fit?

I agree, the original AMG looks the part, with the Captain Birds Eye wheel you would surley lose all your steering wheel functions and buttons which i couldnt be without now.

Not sure, i would PM Alfie or Richard at Command sure they could fit the wheel, airbag and get all functions and buttons working.

All the electrical connections are with the airbag and associated buttons. I think as long as the wheel fits the steering column there should be no problems. The contactor spiral is all on the column.
