Bizarre damage

Thanks for the tip GLK but I'm hoping they'll replace the engine cover for a new one.
Can't call in to see them till tomorrow.
I'll argue the toss with them that they damaged the engine cover when they last removed it to fix my coolant system
I'll let you know how I get on with them
