Black wheels?

Always wondered what my car would look like with black wheels, too black maybe? Polished rim? Opinions? I am quite happy as they are....

Anyone handy with photoshop?

Polished rims , colour coded spokes ( make sure you paint the centre caps too though )

Im putting a set of black CLK wheels with a polished lip onto my 202 on Saturday, will post pics when I have them, shouldnt be too black... im going for a blacked out grill, tints and smoked headlights too!

The ones in the picture are prior to Obsidian Black colour coding:

Wheel refurbs are probably cheaper in your area, though expect to pay around £75 for a painted and polished finish.

You could probably reduce the width and have a larger profile but once on will be similar....?

You're wheels wouldn't fit mine, they'd be too phat! Get them done refurbed, they'd look good!

I Have a set of these for my W202 paid £80 for them... I was actually thinking about having my wheels done like this! I'm only down the road from the guys who used to be Proclean Alloys.

If i was doing the polishing on your rims i would tend to reccomend having them more of an anthracite colour as having them fully black can sometimes "lose" the wheels on a black car , as a rough guide price to have them powdercoated or painted, and polished lips is £250 - £300 depending on condition of the rims,
