Hi all- disconnected battery today and obviously had to put new code. Couldn't find out how to enter it,tried a couple of times and now it has gone off completely.Also,bought some clips to get audio out to read serial # and cant get them out of unit.... Thanks in advance

Found the code 11524 ok, but cant find where to get the '5' - there's only 1 to 4 around the RDS button.Tried pressing other one's but no 5?

I'd have thought that you should be able to scroll up and down numbers for each digit using the up/down buttons or something along those lines and moving to the next code digit with the forward/back buttons etc?

Seen on youtube hotrodder that some models of the audio10 are quite easy,as in the volume button is turned until the right number you want is on screen.Then you press same button then move on to the nxt #- but not mine...lol

Have you tried the up/down and forward/back buttons? Just googled 'mercedes be3100 manual' and got http://www.grajdanska.net/attachments/mercedes/Becker_BE3100.pdf goto page 3
