Blaupunkt Paris RCM 169 fitted to a W202, year 2000.
The unit functions correctly with the exception of the display being so dim that you can't see it. The On button and backlighting of the "selector buttons" appear to be unaffected and are illuminated.
This means that you can't see whether you are adjusting the brightness of the display from the DSC menu as you can't tell what you've selected!
Is there anyway of "resetting" the unit to put back the factory defaults without being able to see what you are doing?
