You can bleed it as you normally would, but the pressure system works better than the two-men-and-a-jar method (or the one-man-bleeding-kit method).
Some say that you should not push back the pistons on ABS equipped cars (ie when fitting new/thick pads) because it can damage/reverse the seals, I never had an issue with that though.
I guess i need to measure my cap see if it is Ø42mm cap then order one, looks much easier, sure the wife would prefer one rather than me shouting at her
