I will try and keep it short.
My wife's ML320 2006 keeps on blowing the 40 amp fuse for the air compressor and putting the car in sport mode.
We bought the car 18 months ago and after 6 months the original compressor picked up. I got one from work and everything was fine until 3 months later, it ran on and burnt out!
I took the car back to the specialist and he changed the compressor and relay for my FOC. But last week the compressor ran on when the car was turned off and blew the 40 amp fuse. I thought the compressor had gone but the garage said STAR showed a leak and compressor run on , but once fuse was changed everything is ok.
Well last night same thing, blown fuse and car sitting lower in sport mode. But this time I have just gone to change the fuse and it has popped instantly!!!!
Any ideas?
