I have an intermittent blown bulb fault indicator for the LHS (Passenger side) wing mirror indicator on my '05 CL500. Any time it occurs I try to check the bulb (a row of LEDs) but they always seem to be fine. I've opened the mirror up and the connections & circuitboard seem fine. There was a little condensation but I sorted that.
I don't care about the warning light but the accompaning pretend fast flashing (the external bulbs still flash at normal rate) is driving me nuts.
Any thoughts on what the root problem might be or a way to fool the system into thinking the bulb is ok?
