I have a Bluespark Pro Boost Tuning module for sale, from my 2007 s211 E280 CDI OM642 3.0 V6 Diesel.
This will bring your car from 190bhp to 227bhp and 514NM torque. It has 5 different maps, each with 9 different sensitivity settings. Lots of adjustment.

I have used this without issue since December 2020, covering approx 3k miles in that time.
I have box, cables, instructions and cover for the module. It is like new !
I have went the full remap route with Rolling road now so this has to go. Pics available on request.
