Bluetooth adapter?

Could anybody point me in the right direction I have just bought a GL320CDI 2007 and was wondering what I need to be able to use my iPhone through the head unit I’ve done a little research and believe I need a Bluetooth adapter but what one? Any advice would be much appreciated.

It was good but pricey.

Another alternative is getting a bluetooth aux adapter, assuming you have aux in you can connect your phone to the bluetooth module which is connected to your aux.
