I have a standard screen on my w204 with Bluetooth telephony connection. However when anyone calls only the number shows up not the name. Can I sync with phone or something so names also show up or do I need to enter and save each contact?

You have to load your contacts into the Audio20 head unit. On the W204 you can only do this by sending it vCards, so if you're using an iPhone you are about to enter a whole world of pain.
If you're not using an iPhone then it's quite simple to select a contact or group of contacts on your phone and send them to the car's head unit. Note that the contact details sent to the car will not automatically update, so if the details of existing contacts change or you add new contacts to the phone you will have to send them to the car again.
