Bluetooth Phone can't Hear neither Talk w204

Hello, my phone pairs normally with the car (c300 2011), but when i recieve a call through the car, I can't hear anything, and even the caller can't hear me, anybody had this issue? , In addition for the voice commands are not functional as it keeps saying "Please Repeat". I don't know if there is any configurations in engineering mod to be done.

Are you able to try this with a different phone? Just to rule-out any issues with your phone.

I tried different phones (android and iphone), but same issue.
