Hi all I'm new to this I have just bought a b180 sport on a 10 plate and the memory on the Bluetooth keeps resetting every two days wiping all previous phones out. Is there a backup battery somewhere that needs replacing? Overall happy with the car thanks

There is no backup battery, no need for it. The car already has a head unit with permanent memory circuits.

If nobody keeps resetting the radio (intentionally or accidentally), sounds like a HW fault. It could be a SW fault too but there would need to be a technical bulletin in that case. Some forums post these or someone access to TIPS could check it for you.
