have an issue with the stop start function not working and it is booked in to be looked at by the dealers in November. From what I’ve read sometimes a less than fully charged battery may be to blame.
yesterday I downloaded the Mercedes me app and it tells me on vehicle status that the ignition is on even Though I know I’ve switched the engine off. Ive noticed that the red P light on the instrument cluster stays on, even after switching off the engine till I open the drivers door.
Do you think the two are linked..low battery level Hence no stop start function and ignition staying on?
I can’t use the remote lock and unlock on mercedes me because the ignition on status is deactivating this.
