Pointless comparison? Surely should be against a C63 AMG?

The E63 AMG's BMW equivalent is the M5. Which has 560bhp. And the RS6, which also has 560bhp.

The M3 wasn't disgraced despite having less HP and half the cc. Only when well into 100mph+ did the E63 begin to pull away.

It's a possible comparison against two models that might meet each other elsewhere. Interesting to watch given the power-to-weight ratio must be fairly similar.

Need to see them on the bends though as I suspect the M3 will have the edge with similar drivers.
