I took a quick look at my duo-valve heating problem of it always blowing hot. Have read up and am well aware of the cleaning route and will be doing that tomorrow.

My problem is part of the problem could be the cut and bodged wiring I have found. The duo valve plug is wired fine, the recirc motor also on the DV is however unplugged. And the two pin plug that should go there has been plug into two bullet plugs which go down on the exit side of the duo valve heating system to what looks like an electroni contorolled thermostat, before reentering the block.

So I guess the two pin plug needs to go back onto the motor DV plug, and then where does that leave me plugging in this thermostat or what ever it is further along the chain, that has at some point been cut and two bullet plugs attached.

Hope this makes sense to someone, and I can be pointed in the right direction.
