Bodywork corrosion/winter

Hi all, DCP is now fully booked up with work and projects till well into next year
anyone wanting work to be done will have to book well in advance now and wish
all my club members a very happy xmas

Hi Clive, i think i will be in touch very shortly as i would like you to have a look at the inner lip of my rear arches which has some surface rust coming through and would like to nip in the bud, i'm not too far from you! Cheers, Rob

Hi Robin, no problem feel free to contact me for any advice on the matter

Best regards

Clive

thanks clive

did as you say, now done all the prep on my w202 arch lips, those weetabix discs are great,

think i caught my car just in time. wings were removed in the end, as rust had crept round a bit further than i could originally see, only on side though, came up remarkably clean for a 16 yr old car..

i used "ph down" as the phosphoric acid wash, purchased from a local "grow shop" then bilt hamber hydrate 80, followed by bilt hamber 2 pack epoxy mastic, wings now drying off,

next step, then bilt hamber dynax UB , put wings back on, then its off to the paint shop:)
