Bodywork / Rust repair near Manchester or Birmingham areas

As seems to be quite common with Mercs, my 2003 C230k is rusting at every arch at the min. It's a real shame as it's a lovely car otherwise and generally drives really well, so of it's not too expensive, I'd like to try and sort it out a bit. I'd probably look at having replacement front wings and having the rist cut out of the rear arches. Can anyone recommend anywhere in the Manchester or Birmingham areas (or surrounding areas).
Also, any advice on how much this is roughly likely to cost would be great!
