Sorry to post this again but still looking for the clip that fits the bonnet 3 pointed badge on a w210 e240 51reg: Anyone??

Ok thanks, but I can't find a pic of just the clip itself so would you be able to identify it if it were a pic of just the badge?

I have the 3 pointed star badge (an original MB w210 item) it's the locking clip that holds it on the bonnet I need.
I have not seen any clips up close so don't have any real detailed references to give you but the badge is identical to the one in the pic and looks to be the 1/4 turn type.
So yes.. is appears to be the 1/4 turn type.

Cheers Dec, that's exactly the kind of thing I needed to show what part I need, it's the 1/4 turn clip that goes under the bonnet that holds the whole badge in place. Don't need the special handle because I can use pliers easily enough.
