Bonnet release c180 w204

My bonnet release won't open both catches, the offside stays secure while the nearside releases. Means I can't get the bonnet open obviously (can't get fingers in to release the catch).
Any tips?

Try pulling the lever whilst someone pushes down on the bonnet, not ideal but it may get it open as it could be a sticky catch.

Got it sorted, that way! Thanks. A bit of WD40 seems to have sorted it!
