Boot lid

Hi all first post here so a was wondering if anyone could pass on some advice please.
Anyone know how to remove the silver trim above the number plate on the boot lid as it looks like mine has been removed and not replaced properly.
It an E class 220 cdi model.

On my W204 it is secured by bolts accessible from inside the boot lid, once you remove the boot lid lining.
