boot release on w220

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong place but its sort of electrical I've just purchased an s320 on a 52 plate and it has a small problem in that the boot release doesn't work well non of them do (the one on the key fob, on the drivers door or on the boot lid) the only way I can open it is with the pull out key in the fob I was just wondering if any one else has had a similar issue and if there's a cure as it does sound like it's trying to release when you press the button.

Any help will be much appreciated

Which way round is the boot lock keyhole slot?

Oh ok I'll check so it needs to be vertical not horizontal I think it's got a sticky latch too so might be a case of taking the interior panel off and freeing everything off
