Boot Release

Hi all
Can anyone tell me how to open my boot without using the boot release in the car.The key fob button no longer works nor does the handle any suggestions.

Do the back seats go down? fold them down and climb through, should be able to unscrew the plastic and open it that way? just a thought?

Does the handle not work because the key slot has been locked with the blade key?

Key blade hasnt been used and the button in the car works just the key fob and the handle not working

spray the handle with wd40. it can stick in the open position then it does not work. after spraying move handle a few times and wipe clean excess wd 40
