All over the world !!

They are generally un-protected Axis web cameras - ie people who use the out of the box configuration.

The search term is simply a line from the page the in-built webserver uses to display the image.

As the data (pictures) are freely available over the internet, published by the owner, I assume that there is no issue regarding the law.....

There are some more interesting ones if you care to spend some time.

That controllable Texas construction site one really is amazing... I cna't leave it alone . Only problem is it uses up lots of my internets (restricted to 2GB per month starting on the 8th of the month). They could do with making it say 10 secs or 30 secs, not 1 sec.
