I was bored so I done some improvments! Dunno if this should go in electronics or not - basically I Weatherproofed and sound proofed my door.

First take your door card off...

Look at the ugly old plastic weatherproof sheet (pre face lift w202's have 'crap' plastic)

Clean the panel as you can see its dirty ewww :

then get some soundproofing:

make it fit the door:

cut out the speaker hole and also pierce it for the speaker holes and door plugs:

get some spray adhesive:

and some new updated sheeting and try it on for size

Stick it on over the soundproofing and make cutouts for electrical wires etc..

put door back on and use some clips if they broke (only 5p each)

Enjoy More quality sound, and a nice weatherproofed doorcard for years to come! (repeat as neccassary for other doors)

Cheers K,

Had wondered what it's like inside the door, now I know. <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>
