I have a Bosch Service Centre rebuilt pump 0445010019 from my 270cdi engine.
What happened was the engine would not start and there was a leak from the HP pump, so I rebuilt the pump and it still would not start.....
So I bought a professionally rebuilt pump from a Bosch Service Centre, only to find that there was another problem with the engine. Having finally got access to a diagnostic machine that would read live data, I can confirm that the pump is more than good, 300 bar + !! And my attempt at a rebuild is more than likely OK too, D'OH!!
