As the title really....!

Guessing it's the spheres after reading the forum for a bit. Does anyone know if this is ok for at least one of the replacements:-

MERCEDES W124 R129 W201 ASD PRESSURE ACCUMULATOR SPHERE A1245530010 NEW W140 190 | eBay

Or would I be better getting a couple from Eurocarparts seeing as they will match quality wise? I guessing all the spheres *should* perform the same even if from different sources but am I just being wishful?

yes it will be spheres (or a leak in the pipes). no idea on quality of replacements though. try franey (wunderpartz on ebay) as he does great prices.

EDIT: ebay link appears to be Jay on here, who is very knowledgeable so i suspect the part will be fine

Thanks for the link. I'd best get it checked before to see if it is the pipes but I'll go through your pointers if not.

Assuming the pressures and damping valves are the same.

Depending on your location, I'd be interested in your old ones if going scrap.
