Brabus 6.1 in the Tesla (the electric car !)

I saw this in the current issue of EVO magazine and it made me smile.

Basically Brabus have superimposed the sound of their 6.1 litre engine into the Tesla via a sophisticated ICE system !

Brabus has introduced a 'space sound generator', which offers up all sorts of options, chief among them (and probably most people's favourite) is a V8 combustion-engine sound. There's also a race car sound, and two options called 'warp' and 'beam', apparently. Not too sure about those..."

I believe Lotus consulting has been working on this sort of stuff for some years too. Given the Lotus connection to Tesla, you would imagine they have this in the pipeline for future variants.

I hear thunder!

I was at my MB dealer on Friday collecting some parts.

I heard a sound that combined an air raid, a tractor, and something else I couldn't quite put my finger on.

I walked out to find out what it was..
Enter the CL 65 AMG being reversed into the showroom at closing time What a sound.. What a car... Drooool..
I could marry the dual, twin chrome exhausts

They also had a touring car as wide as a submarine..(can't remember the model now, something like a DT 38) but only a hundred ever made and would comfotably house a family of say, 38
