Yep I do like the exclusivity factor, but you must really want the Brabus badge for the money compared to similar E55s I guess

At least you'd be unlikely to come across many others the same, not something that can be said for most AMG models I guess

Being a factory car it has the styling, wheels, suspension - all better than the AMGs in my opinion. I've worked with Brabus over the years and they just love what they do which shows in their cars.

My thoughts entirely, it is described on the DVLA site as being a 5ltr E-class, and okay COMaND is not the be all and end all, but what other options are missing. It is quite clearly not fully loaded and tghe pictures lack detail. Has it got the top of the range seating or are they merely ventilated.

More detailed pictures are required and did the AMG has white dials as standard, if so would this Brabus? Is it a bored 55, or is it a modified 5ltr V8?

I'm merely suspicious

I think it is the tpo of the range radio, but NOT as good as COMAND

It looks like an Audio 50 APS which is a basic sat-nav/radio/cassette/cd player, which I have in my car too.

Yup,
I agree and it is the standard APS radio and from the description it does not have the dynamic multi-contour seats.

I hate to appear nit picking and hopefully these observations are taken in the spirit they are ment. The seller states it has all the bells and whistles and quite clearly that is not correct. If we had more detailed pictures we could get a better idea of what it does have. Having said that it does have some very nice options and I would assume the soft Elegance suspension has been replaced?

Just checked and it appears to have the standard E500 Elegance suspension?? Option 489

I personally would much prefer the AMG.

Is this vehicle normally aspirated? Each to their own and hopefully it will fetch a huge grin to someone's face.

The build card is pretty much irrelevant as Brabus replace whatever has been spec'd by the customer. The air suspension is controlled by a Brabus ECU.

The engine is NA like the E63 - they develop the same torque.

The K8 conversion is based on the E55 if you want to go a bit silly!

That is one nice car. It's been on Autotrader and for sale with the same company for a couple of months now. I guess he's put it on ebay to get more interest.

A couple of you mentioned the spec....the only thing is doesn't appear to have is COMAND. All the other dash and centre console buttons appear to be filled in. But I do think that if someone is spending £100k+, they could have stretched to an extra £1,500 or so, for COMAND
