I see BRABUS recommends high-performance tires from Continental, Pirelli and YOKOHAMA. Do many of the budget brands do 305/25 20's?

I bet that struggles to put the power down until its going about a ton.

0 to 60 in 3.7secs is very fast, but that level of power I'd expect it in the low 3's. A Datsun GTR does it in 2.9.

Why is this car so slow in comparison?

I'm more on the fence than you.

I like the exterior styling, but the lop sided interior annoys me.

I just think the acceleration (0 to 62) is quite slow for the price. I doubt despite an LSD it will put the power down and unless already doing a fair speed, the level of power is useless to most bar bahn stormers.

I'd like to see a more focussed SLK come up.
