Is W169 the new shape?
I want one of these for the wifes B class, there were some on a while back for £100 !!!
but it said NOT for Auto CVT's so I e-mailed Marcus @ Brabus and he confirmed no good... shame as cheap as chips.
I wonder what performance that gives?

169 is the newer model
Strange on the box is written 168 , and if you look at the picture of the red module it looks like it says "163" which looks a lot closer to 8 than 9 must be the light/angle of the picture!
As a performance guide the D1 Brabus kit for w168 A 170 CDI increases HP by about 20hp-25hp depending upon pre/post 2000 A170
"BRABUS D1 tuning-kit, 115 hp / 85 kW, 230 Nm at 1580 - 3500 rpm"
But its torque range where you will really feel the difference! over standard
so would expect the w169 to be even better!

checked the part number in the original Brabus w168 Program catalogue
The D1 conversion part number is 163-630-00, so it isfor the w168. i guess it should work on a w169 A170 also
Unfortuately it cant be used on the AKS/ACS models - kills the clutch!! To much Torque - shame
