Hi folks do Mercedes cover this as part of their 30 year warranty tia. SORRY 2008
 
Doubt it , as far as I am aware it's just body work , might be worth a try though , while you are at it ask them to check for the dreaded corrosion on the rear sub frame .

Cheers They did the subframe last Dec and never mentioned the corroded pipes and car failed the nct lol
 
No. But they did point out brake pipe corrosion on a 2008 SLK at the last MOT. Asked trusted indi for a second opinion & he said that the corrosion was very light & the pipes wouldn't need replacing for several years.

As others have said. MB will not cover this, the corrosion warranty also requires annual checks by MB and only covers perforation of body panels and, sometimes items such as subframes.

I had the rear brake lines replaced on a C Class about 5 years ago by an independent MB specialist and it cost £600. From memory it was £34 in parts, the rest was labour and VAT.
