Brand new 110cdi fro t wheel drive.

I e just purchased a brand new vito 110cdi.
it’s do e 8k miles now on idle it sounds rough as a dog. Sound like duel mass faulty !!! Had it bavk to Merc twice and they say they all sound like this... can anybody shine some light on this matter.
