Brands Hatch DTM on Sunday

I will be going to Barnds Hatch this Sunday to see the DTM races.
Anyone else from here going?

Will be seeing the world superbikes in August as well.

Have they reinstated the grandstands opposite the start finish?

Used to get front row seats there every year for about 8 years in the 90's to go and watch the WSB. Then they demolished the grandstand, and we couldn't be bothered to go anymore...might as well stay at home and watch instead...

Don't know as it is the first time I will be going.
I do know that I paid extra to have a grandstand seat though.
Whether its opposite the start finish I'll have to see on Sunday.

Hopefully, I'll be marshalling my normal car post.
Post 7, Graham Hill Bend, but as it's an actual MSVR event, I may well be somewhere else.
Am going to the WSBK in August too and will be on the start/finish lina at post 1.
Always on TV there, so I have to pretend not to look at the grid girls, as my mrs will be watching me.

If you mean the ones on the hill on the 'outside' of the circuit opposite the pits, then yes, they were there a couple of years ago during the Porsche Festival.

The cars were being displayed yesterday afternoon by Tower bridge in some kind of publicity thing.
Ludicrously big wheels!

Was told today that is will be shown in 175 countries, with some being live.
They didn't know when it would be shown here.
I am on post 2 for this now and they are bleeding loud when they pass me at 147mph
