All you say may be true, along with the efforts of many other countries, however we should be doing more on the visa front to quickly get more people over here and to safety. It shames me that our government does not appreciate how the country feels about genuine refugees.

We all, not only Western countries are grateful for the effort of Ukraine to keep the despot in control as far as possible. Very unfortunate that Ukraine has to fight more or less alone as direct involvement by Western countries might trigger even more horrible actions by Putler (I'm not well aware of this, I guess we are close to the point that direct involvement is needed despite the risks).

So much dreadful news coming from Ukraine every day. I fear that the Russians will be going total (non-nuke) war when the Eastern offensive starts. Everyone from Putin down has so much blood and corruption on their hands. I value your news and opinions as a direct observer.
