I have just been informed by the recovery company that the lower wishbone on W211 T model has broken. Hence the wheel is looking like it has fallen off.

Luckily I was only on s B road with very little speed.

Can anyone advice the part number so I can order?

Regards

The actual wishbone has failed? Or is it the subframe mounting or bushing?

I'm not sure exactly the guy said where the springs are sat

Sorry that's all I got

My mechanic will diagnose exact part failure just trying to save time with part information

If its an estate it will probably have self leveling air rear suspension If it has then instead of a spring seat arm it will have what is described as a "guide"

same part no so I assume they are interchangeable?
If the car has air suspension then I would normally suspect the air spring unit
