Broken Front Foglight - MOT failure?

Can anyone confirm if having a cracked front foglight (with some of the glass lost) will class as an MOT failure?

The foglight still works, but glass is damaged.

Front foglights are not tested. But they may not like the broken glass.

They arent tested? great!

I say some, think 70% gone I might pull the rest out until I get a replacement

Hi, thanks for the link to euromercparts ihave an mot due so i will also take the glass out if the new one does not arrive in time.broken glass at the front must be a fail so dont give them the chance to fail you.
