Broken tyres!!

Result (or nearly)! Michelin have sent two new tyres FOC to the dealer - only issue is dealer has never sold this model before so doesn't want them, hence no refund.
However, have them in storage and if they go up in price by the time I need some more it may even save me some money!
Bad news, the 4 wheel laser alignment check did not show any issues but at the service last Fri it's knocked 0.4mm and 0.6mm off the inside in 400 miles!!
Booked in for MB to carry out checks asap.
First two service reports showed even wear across both so really foxed.

The problem with big heavy cars with wheels that are too big for our roads is that the tyres take the punishment. When the punishment gets really bad the wheels give up and crack. Wheels bigger than 18 inches equals aggravation and expense.

Rather than ‘alignment’ find somewhere near you that can do a full 4 wheel geometry check with a Hunter system.

This is more in depth than a simple ‘laser alignment’.
